We understand the commercial property development cycle well, from planning and approval, through construction to practical completion and the eventual occupation by tenants. Through our audience first approach we unlock these vital insights, which in turn enable us to clearly define the differentiating value proposition for the place. Having done this we move into the creative development of the brand (including naming conventions when appropriate) knowing that our creative execution will truly reflect the considerations of the intended audiences and how the location delivers these.
Every brand we create is unique and entirely appropriate for the individual project – we don’t have a Limewash house style or adopt a templating approach to brand development. As part of our brand development process we develop multiple concepts, all of which would work for the intended place.
